The Association

The AVLM - Associação de Voo Livre da Madeira (Madeira Free Flight Association) is an institution for sports, based at Funchal and established in 15th December 2003.

The AVLM is the sport organism for the Madeira Archipelago, a no-lucrative institution that has the mission to contribute for the growth of the sport Regional and National wide, in the areas of competition, leisure and recreational activities, integrating the promotional and project management activities in which it participates.

Benefiting from the support of it's associates, the AVLM wishes:

·  to be a dominant leader of Free Flight in Madeira Autonomous Region;

·  to have an integrated vision of its activity;

·  to create new formation models and conceive innovative projects;

·  to have a clear and consistent growth strategy.
