Avoid proximity and permanent flying in front of residences.

Except to avoid an accident or in case of emergency, and while it is not an airspace, it is recommended to avoid proximity flying and remain for an unreasonable amount of time exactly in front (same height) of residential buildings. 

This recomendation aims to promote the privacy for residents from within their houses and the overall safety feeling for their properties.
